This Info Brief presents the most important findings and key recommendations of the joint evaluation on Coordination of Trade Capacity Building Assistance in Third Countries.
The evaluation examines the extent to which the European Commission and the Member States have achieved effective co-ordination and complementarity in the area of Trade Capacity Building initiatives. The study focuses on Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries and on the Doha agenda period from 2001 to the present.
The study was managed by the Evaluation Service of EuropeAid Cooperation Office, and supported by the Evaluation Services of the United Kingdom, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
