Community of Practice
Founded in 1989, the Groupe-conseil baastel ltée is an international management consulting firm with distinct but complementary areas of expertise:
Strategic planning, follow-up, performance management, and the evaluation of national and international development programs and projects;
Design, implementation and evaluation of Results-based management systems;
Capacity development;
Environmental management and capacity development for environmental management;
Design, planning, organization and facilitation of national and international seminars, conferences and training sessions;
Translation and communications services in French, English and Spanish, and other languages upon request.
Over the years, Baastel has carried out hundreds of mandates, large and small, for international agencies, bilateral and multilateral agencies and donors, government ministries in Canada and abroad, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and private businesses. To provide effective services, Baastel draws upon the training and experience of its consultants, specialists, partners and associates, who share a common vision and the same concern for quality work and the desire to improve the world around them.
