Please feel free to network with us and suggest additions to this section of the website.
Management and Evaluation mailing list
Members are invited to use the mailing list to exchange information with each other about monitoring and evaluation issues, especially as they relate to international development aid. The mailing list includes more than 800 subscribed members and is moderated by Rick Davies, who also manages the 'monitoring and evaluation' website.

Pelican Initiative: Platform for Evidence-based Learning & Communications for Social Change
The Pelican Initiative was started by the ECDPM, UNICEF East Africa, the IDRC, Bellanet and Healthlink Worldwide. It currently has almost 200 members - researchers, practitioners, policy makers and evaluators - and focuses on the question 'How can we learn more from what we do?'
This questions is looked at from three different perspectives on learning: learning from formulating and implementing policies, organisational learning, and society-wide learning. These different perspectives are defined and discussed in an ECDPM Policy Management Brief .
